MARCUS WALKER
FOUNDER/PERSONAL TRAINER
I am Marcus Walker, founder and creator of True Fitness. I first gained an interest in fitness during my early 20's as I wanted to gain weight and put on muscle mass. My interest quickly developed into a passion to help others reach their own fitness goals. That same passion to help others led to getting certified as a personal trainer. Now I have been training for almost 10 years and have experience with all age ranges and body types.
Our Programs
At True Fitness, we offer a variety of programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our programs include 1:1 personal training, group training, classes, and more. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall fitness, we have a program that's right for you.
True Fitness Athletes
This program is designed to help young athletes develop optimal sports performance through the power of strength & conditioning. However, you do NOT have to be an athlete to train like one. Athlete or not, if you are between 9th grade to college, this program is a great way for you to take your training to the next level.
